I have always been really hungry, and the only thing that stopped me from eating all the time and gaining lots of weight was I wasn't allowed to eat during classtime at school and I barely took any food to school so I just had to ignore the hunger. Since finishing school, I've gained 55 pounds/25kg because I have contant access to food and I eat when I'm hungry - which feels like always.
I drink 2 litres of water per day and my thryoid levels are normal, no diebetes, etc.
Pasta, bread, rice and beans keep me sated for longer. Snacking on veges or having a meat and veg meal makes me hungrier. Google says to add healthy fats to feel fuller but the only healthy fat I like is avocado and I can't add that to everything, especially with how expensive they are. As for excersize for appetite suppresion, I excerised heaps when I was younger and it did nothing for my appetite. I can't currently excersize due to a medical condition but I hope to in the future. I've tried probiotics incase my gut flora was out of whack and affecting my appetite and that had no effect.
I just had a steak, vegetables and sweet potato fries and I feel like I'm starving. Send help.
