How can I continue to eat healthy when my family constantly buys unhealthy food?

Hi. I'm 17 and a senior in highschool. I have decided to start my journey of weightloss, and I have slowly been changing my life habits over the past several months. At this point now, I am really dedicated to eating healthy foods and working out at least 3x a week. However, my family isn't as on board with the whole process as much as I am. What can I do to help myself stay eating healthy?

More info: A lot of the food we have are high in sodium and sugar. If we do have vegetables, it's usually canned with a lot of salt added to it. Most of the "meal" like foods we have are things such as burgers, pizza, bbq chicken, etc. A lot of this has to deal with my old eating habits, but also a lot has to deal with my family's current eating habits. I've been working on self-control but when having unhealthy foods that I use to love always around, it can be very draining to restrain myself. Last week, I went on a binge and absolutely hated myself because of it. I don't want to be in that same spot. My mom is rarely home because of work, so when she does come home, she wants something fast like pizza or fastfood. I typically eat the same foods everyday (bananas, weight watcher frozen meals, pancakes, and eggs) but it's starting to get exhausting. I'm also a little picky (but coming out of my shell) which makes finding healthy meals more difficult.

Also, my family is low-income so if you have any advice, please take the money situation into consideration.

Thank you for all who read this and took the time out of their day to respond. 🙏🏾💓
