Hit a slump

Hello everyone i need a bit of advice. I started my weightloss journey propertly last august and have lost quite a bit of weight (190 to 156lbs).

To provide more detail, last august i started keto and during that month i lost 12lbs however i moved countries to start a masters degree so i couldnt continue to commit to it. Moving actually helped a bit as i didnt have a car (no way am i driving on the wrong side of the road) and had to walk everywhere and was more conscious of what i ate. Beginning of this year i was around 165lbs when i restarted my diet. Ive mainly been counting calories and doing IF which has helped me slim down the last 10lbs. Its just that in the past 2 weeks nothing really changed in regatds to my weight. Its been jumping up and down between 154 and 156lbs and i feel like i hit a slump.

So any advise? My current diet plan is 16h IF and i try to eat around 1300 calories of food and 5 glasses of water. Im also 5'1" and my goal weight is 125lbs.
