High Protein Low Calorie Meal Preps?

Hello, I'm new to r/loseit. For years I've wanted to shed my belly, but now I'm doing something about it. For 2 weeks now I've been eating 1600 calories or less, somedays as low as 1000 calories. Completely cutting out sugar as well, save for the occasional fruit. However I'm not in control of my diet, since I live with family. I want to start making my own meals for better control of my diet. I know this is lazy, but I'm so mentally taxed from many things besides starting a diet. Do any of you have simple/easy recipes or meal preps you could share? My top priority is losing fat, retaining lean mass if possible. I don't care how boring the meals are, and I can do without carbs. I'm not going to burn out. I know everyone says that, but I really want nothing more than to lose this fat.

Sorry, I'm getting off track. Please share your best recipes aimed at fat loss. Thank you very much.

If it matters, I am 22 male 5'5" 142 pounds

I lived a very sedentary lifestyle prior to this, so very little of my weight is muscle. I'm currently going on walks/jogs, and have a pullup bar in my room I use throughout the day.
