Hi, I’m a male and 6ft1.
I’ve been on a diet since august last year and have lost around 20-25kg, I have just 7kg more to go until my GW. However, recently it’s been super slow progress and I had my longest plateau two weeks ago which lasted for two weeks. I’m on another plateau where my weight has been the same for 4 days now, I don’t know what’s happening
I’ve recalculated my BMR and calorie intake needed for cutting and according to TDEEcalculator.net a 500 kcal deficit would be around 1700kcals a day but at the moment I eat around 1200-1500kcal.
Is that too little? If I were to eat 1770 calories would I put on weight ? I don’t know what to do. I just want to lose these last 7kg, my diet consists of CICO
