So I logged on mfp for a week and learned that I really don't eat the same everyday. I had some days at 1200 cal and other days at 2600 cal. So I am changing my setting to lose one lb a week and before I focus on anything else I need to eat more regularly. So I just going to eat within my calorie goal and make it work. Then once I get used to that I will try to start focusing on the items I am eating. Hopefully in this I will build a healthier lifestyle.
I also have been off my thyroid meds for about a year and I am trying to make a doctor appointment to get back on them to help balance my body and generally just being on them helps me lose weight.
If anyone has more advice please let me know.
