I'm a 20 year old guy that needs to lose weight and shed fat; I'm 5'10" and about 200 or so pounds. I've slacked off lately, it's been months since I've properly worked out and I didn't get very far despite seeing some decent initial progress. Now with the whole coronavirus situation, my gym has closed down and I have nowhere to work out except at home. I have no training equipment except for a pair of 20 pound dumbbells. Before when I was training often I got up to using 25-30 pound dumbbells but as stated I've slacked off since then. Can I still get decent results with that? I would be doing a PPL dumbbell only routine while incorporating HIIT. I plan on getting a pair of heavier dumbbells but right now they're all mostly sold out or too expensive. Any tips or advice on how my sets/reps should look like with a routine like this? Thanks.
