Binged bad for two days Thursday and Friday & just feel so down. Lost on what to do and how to deal with the weight gain. My face looks more round and puffy and theirs definitely no definition in my stomach anymore/ my waist looks wider. I checked the scale to see the damage done and Ive never weighed this much before. Im trying to get down to 125 im 5'5 female and I was 131lbs last week and now it says 142lbs. Any advice on how to get over it and move forward ? anyone ever had a really bad binge, gain a lot and lose it after getting back on track?. Also any tips to get rid of water weight it seems to go to my face if that makes any sense lmao.
