I've gotten a few comments from family and friends about me losing too fast and while I thought I was doing fine, their concern made me nervous.
I started CICO in the beginning of the year and I've lost 27lbs so far. This is probably the place to add - 24F 5'2 SW220 CW193. I have a long way to go but I also want to be sure I'm not going too fast (unhealthily fast). I'm eating around 1200cals a day and walking whenever I can, I also allow myself cheat days.
I don't know if this is a common problem but it's hard to keep perspective sometimes so I'd like some advice. Is my rate too fast or normal and there is nothing I should be concerned about?
