So basically the title.
I am using MFP for tracking calories, and since we already make a bunch of stuff at home, I am needing to add a bunch of recipes. Some are easy enough, and I know I'll just divide the meal by 4 (leftovers go with husband to lunch, so I don't worry about that unless I purposefully make a double batch for my own lunches - and kids are being super supportive, so they wait for me to take all my portions out first).
However, we're also making new stuff, like Baba Ghanoush. I'd like to know how/if I can change the name of the serving to "1/4 cup" instead of "serving". I don't weigh my food much (because I'm just starting out and this will be too big a hurdle to jump right now), so the "gram method" I find everywhere while searching won't work well for me.
I notice some of the ingredients/recipes I search have options for the serving (1 container, 2 Tbsp, 1 g, etc.) Is this only something that the programmers can do? Or can we lay people do it too? Right now I am "getting by" by putting the amount in the title, like "Epic Baba Ghanoush (1/4 c servings)". I like elegant solutions though, so if I can clean that up, it will give me joy.
Thank you in advance for any help!
