So for the past few months I’ve been “bulking”. I went from 170lbs to 200lbs and have definitely seen progress. I want to start cutting the fat away to get ready for the summer but I’m not sure how to do that. I’ve read dozens of articles and watched YouTube videos and have debated doing intermittent fasting but I’m not sure how to go about doing that in a healthy way due to work (I’ve been working out of town doing carpentry and it’s not easy to get healthy meals and workout consistently due to working long hours). I’ve reached a point of not having the type of commitment to cut like I did to bulk. If there are any tips or tricks that people know of please share.
