Websites w/ low carb, low effort mealplans that are actual MEAL plans, and not just recipes?

I'm in search low carb (not keto), low effort meal plans that are actually full plans (i.e., dinner consists of a protein and two sides, or follows myplate.gov recommendations, etc) with full nutritional info for the MEAL.

I know:

  • skinnytaste has a weekly menu, but, holy hell that is so much work! Baking your own sandwich rolls?! No. Just no. I work for a living
  • EatThisMuch purports to do this, but a lunch of 2 nakedly roasted sweet potatoes with a side of an apple dipped in almond butter?! No. Just no. That is not a rational pairing

Can prep them in advance? Bonus!

Made for depressed loners with adhd who are looking to lose weight? Bonus!

But I just need ideas for a fleshed out weekly menu that has easy to make/prep balanced meals consisting of more than just one food per meal and accurate nutritional info for the entire plate.

Any ideas?
