I'm in search low carb (not keto), low effort meal plans that are actually full plans (i.e., dinner consists of a protein and two sides, or follows myplate.gov recommendations, etc) with full nutritional info for the MEAL.
I know:
- skinnytaste has a weekly menu, but, holy hell that is so much work! Baking your own sandwich rolls?! No. Just no. I work for a living
- EatThisMuch purports to do this, but a lunch of 2 nakedly roasted sweet potatoes with a side of an apple dipped in almond butter?! No. Just no. That is not a rational pairing
Can prep them in advance? Bonus!
Made for depressed loners with adhd who are looking to lose weight? Bonus!
But I just need ideas for a fleshed out weekly menu that has easy to make/prep balanced meals consisting of more than just one food per meal and accurate nutritional info for the entire plate.
Any ideas?
