Soooooo.. I am following a keto diet of only 5% carb intake, and that's not much but it's not my issue. I eat only during meal times and if i snack it's usually just almonds of cashews and i watch my self so ik how much I eat (most of the time atleast), anyways my problem is that sometimes I take things that have carbs but not in high amounts ex. Powdered milk or for example a chicken tender(the breading is the carbs) so idk what to really tell my self because I do get over 5% carbs and it kicks me out of ketosis which gives me crazy post eating guilt (which is a top reason for why I am changing my diet right now), anyone has smthn to say from experience? Anything works for me I am as bad as it gets basically :/ ....
