Should I hit leg days?

Background: 5’11, 22M, SW: 360lb CW: 325lb GW: 190lb

I started my journey in December, I workout 6 days a week (strength train, eat in a deficit, hit cardio, all that good stuff). Initially I had pretty bad lower back pain so I just avoided hitting legs in the gym on my friend’s advice. My lower back pain has gotten MUCH better, maybe once a week do I feel pain now. I know for sure I’m going to avoid full on barbell squats until I’m around maybe 270 but until then I’m wondering if it would be fine if I just did hack squat, leg press, leg curls and calf raises to ease into it. Any advice or suggestions?
