Painful thigh rubbing.

29F, 5'6", 300lbs

I have about 180 lbs I want to lose.

I do walk quite a bit, when I can, and I wear yoga pants when I do.

I'm not sure if it's the type of yoga pants I wear or if it's just my skin rubbing with sweat but, lately, one of my inner thighs will rub a sore spot that's raised and really tender. It's painful to walk and seems to be made worse by sweat.

It usually takes about 3-5 days to go away, depending on how much I move and the types of pants I wear. Example: certain materials make it more raised, if I have a hole it happens quicker than no holes, stuff like that.

Any tips, besides baby powder, to keep this from happening or to ease the pain when it does happen?

Any ideas how to get it quickly go away?

I would post this into the daily Q&A but it doesn't exist for today
