So I been doing REALLY well counting my calories, but I eat like shit. Breakfast today? Creme donut. Lunch? Two creme donuts, one regular chocolate frosted donut. That'll be ALL I eat today, and I'll do the same thing tomorrow, probably. It's all below my calories count, which is good, but I want to ease myself onto a better menu. Apples are a BIG part of my diet. I LOVE apples, but I can't eat 5 apples a day and sustain myself without getting dizzy and tired all the time. Right this moment, I just eat like shit just to get my caloric intake. Apart from that I could live on a liquid diet and not give a fuck. What's a good food that will give me my daily calories quickly that's healthy?
