Newbie looking for advice!

So I'm going to be honest.. I am 26F 5'4 and weighed in today at exactly 300lbs. I've always been between 250-280 but a recent career change helped me pack on 20 lbs 😅 I have tried various diets but I've read that 1200 calories isn't enough and you could go into calorie deficit even if over weight? Unfortunately with my job my healthy food options are often limited. BUT whenever possible I am going to start choosing healthy snacks and the healthiest possible meals.

I guess my real question is where do I start? Do I focus on calories resteicrion first? Basic exercises (with no equipment) or what? I dont want to overwhelm myself I really want to be successful with this.
