Exercise at home for beginners

I am 24F, 4'11(149.86cm) and currently 55kg. I have small bones, and I believe not much (or zero) muscle. I tried a lot of exercises on YT but I'm not really sure if it's the right exercise for my body type, and most of it I feel like dying alreasldy after maybe 10 minutes of doing it.

I really want to lose weight especially on the belly part. I used to be really skinny during high school, but gained a lot of fat when I started working a desk job.

I already reduced my food intake, kinda controlling it also because diabetes runs in the family blood, but I still don't have it. My only problem now is the exercise. I also wanna lose weight because I can already feel that my body is heavy. I easily get exhausted over small physical movements such as walking the stairs or running to the door.

I can't do push up, even 1. I can't carry my weight. Idk if it's my weight or the lack of muscles or both. I already breath heavily on 15 jumping jacks.

I really wanna use my time during lock down to get fit or lose weight as much as I can. I work from home, and I avoid gyms or outside exercises for now because of covid-19.

Any tips or advice? Thanks in advance!
