I have lost 20lbs so far basically by counting calories and drinking a ton of water. Yay! But this weird thing is happening where I've been plateaued for the past month at the exact same weight (give or take a lb). My measurements continue to get smaller and people close to me continue to comment that I look like I'm losing weight. But i'm not! At all! It's not muscle because, frankly, i don't exercise. Ever. In fact, i work a sedentary job at home and rarely even get a significant amount of steps in (i know i need to work on this). What could be going on? Broken scale or medical problem? Does anyone have experience with this?
