I feel absolutely disgusting! For the second time this week I have eaten close to 6000 calories. Not on healthy food either, not even close, today after my 1300 goal, I have had 2 bags of chips 750 cal each, 2 sleeves of poptarts at 380 each, and a pint of Ben and jerry Froyo at 720 cal... it was like a hangry demon took over, I do have therapy next week for my out of control eating. I’m F 5’6 127-130lb my maintenance cals are around 15-1600, and this may be a dumb question but how much weight can I reasonably expect to gain from this? I used to weigh 190 and worked very hard to slim down and maintain this new weight. I hate the feeling that I am destroying years of hard work and feel so guilty and depressed. I haven’t been active lately but do get a 30 min walk / 10k everyday. Thanks for any advice :(
