Hi,
I am 27F. I am 152cm height and I weigh 147lbs.. I am feeling like I am over weight and I have been trying to reduce weight and body fat.
I did diet and ate limited food for sometime and survived on coconut water for most of the day, yet it felt like I gained weight..
I have more thigh fat than total in my body. Now my face has started showing face fat and I am absolutely discouraged..
I used to be 100Lbs before and I looked good without any fat.. I wasn't skinny either.. Now in recent three years my weight had gone up so much I feel so demotivated and down..
Someone said what I gained can't be lost because now I look broad and big.. I am scared and I need advise on how to fix this... Please help me...
