Hey so today im gonna start doing accountability post, if i hold myself accountable i feel like ill be on a better path yknow? last i weighed in I was 199 and a like a few days ago i weighed in and looked to be about 192 but i think it was wrong because how the hell did i lose allat weight LMAO im gonna be switching to a different scale anyways that i use to track myself until i get my own. So today we're 192? ill check in next time i head to the scale . The goal is to be dropping at least a pound every weigh in, ill update you guys on the stuff i do as in what i do to contribute to my weight loss
