I’m on a calorie deficit of 1,495 per day and I’ve done a pretty good job following. I’ve only exceeded the limit a couple times and it’s never been anything excessive. I generally adhere to the deficit and have seen progress, losing 6 pounds in the past three weeks.
Tonight, my parents brought home a slice of cake from a French dessert shop. I was initially against eating it but I gave in. My dad took some and since he isn’t cooperative with my diet, didn’t bother letting me know how much of it he took. Me and my mom split whatever was left.
There is absolutely nothing online about the nutritional info for this dessert shop and since I only had 158 calories left today, I’m stressing out because I most likely went over my limit. I feel super bloated and can’t forgive myself for giving in to the craving. I’m planning on just having a really light breakfast tomorrow (we’re going out for lunch) and have a small dinner.
