Ok lemme get the life story out of the way, I (15M) have been losing weight for 5 months, at first it was fast since I was 255 lbs, im currently at an ok 198 lbs and want to reach 155 lbs by 5-8 months, its been going good with the diet until I realized o focused too much on what I ate instead of how much so I'd still eat in a deficit but only cause I ate spinach and chicken sandwiches 24/7 and while they were good eating it over and over again ruined it, I decided to focus on calorie counting up to 160 lbs and then do the final 10 with macro counting, so I are whatever I wanted (as healthy as possible) but then noticed I'd go over my limit and sometimes go hungry so I added fasting to my CICO to "balance" it out, time restrictions should close my cravings right? Wrong, I made it worst and now I'm stuck eating to the point I'm not losing weight but not gaining any cause I just get that hungry! It's so annoying but I'll try to take it back and relax you know?
