10 days ago I decreased amount of food that I eat. Now I eat two slices of bread for every meal, and I have 3 meals per day. For example, for lunch I eat two slices of bread, one plate of bean soup, one apple and cup of coffee. or I have piece of meat, some rice, 2 slices of bread, one apple and cup of coffee. I also walk 3-4 times per week 4-5km on one day. But I walk slowly because I walk with my mother and she has heart problems and she may not walk too fast. I also decided to be hungry after every meal, but looks like it doesn't help.
10 days ago I had 100kg, 6 days later I had 99kg and I was thinking that I started to lose weight, now I have 100kg again. I think that you should see my previous post, maybe it will help you to figure out where is my mistake.
