Hey there, i hope you're having a great day.
I am just sick and tired of myself saying the same excuses everytime but not anymore i have decided i am going to work on myself and lose weight.
So how i even start? its like every time i start working out i don't really have that great of a plan and it lasts only a week to 10 days max and then i go back to eating junk food and forget all of it,
could you guys help me out with exercises that i should do? some suggestions on creating a good diet? honestly anything that help me. It would mean a lot to me.
15 years old, 5 Feet 7 inches and 187 lbs.
My main goal really is to go in 150-160 range as of now.
