Healthy Foods (Loss of taste/smell)

Well, I got Covid a few weeks ago and just finished up my isolation. I lost my sense of smell and taste. I'm able to vaguely taste some foods but I'm mostly relying on texture. I've found a lot of foods I did like are no longer enjoyable to eat. So far I like carrots and grapes. I like the crispy crunch of raw carrots sticks and can taste a little bit of the sourness of green grapes. The texture of something being solid, biting into it and bursting is also enjoyable.

For those who did have Covid or currently have no sense of taste or smell what healthy foods are you enjoying?

I'm hoping the loss of these senses will be a bit of a restart towards eating better.
