Excercise seems to be slowly making its departure. For me.

My knees hurt. Not like pain. Aches. More like it feels bad. Somewhat painful. But like squishy? Like cartilage is being squished. I’ve been doing 90 squats for about a week and a half now. It’s probably not a good exercise to lose weight and gain muscle but I wanted to try it and see if I could keep it going. The pain wasn’t the first time it happened. It happened once before but it was dealt with. I did some stretches and that relived the pain. It happened again after that and I just skipped that day. And then I skipped the next day. I decided to do the stretches again. They didn’t work. I looked up what was happening and the most closely comparable thing was some thing that said would heal in like 5 months. I don’t wanna stop. It was kind fun doing them. I had pretty good form o would think. I’ve never been physically active before so it was my first foray in like years. I could feel progress in the fact that I was sweating more in a week than I have in the past year. But I think it’ll go away, the motivation, in like 3 days. I’ll forget about it. Then I’ll just go back to being fat and completely sedentary instead of fat and not as sedentary. Any advice?
