M 22 360lbs 5'9". I've been struggling with my diet for years. I finally have had my own kitchen and the ability to buy my own food for about a year now. I've been struggling to find consistent diets that I can maintain that I genuinely enjoy that I can afford as well. This is my current diet that I mostly enjoy, but I guess I just don't know if it's actually worse than I think. Any comments, suggestions, or critiques would be very much appreciated!
Breakfast:
Egg Tacos-
3 eggs with olive oil
half an avocado
two flour tortilla shells
Banana on the side
Lunch:
(Not super consistent)
6 inch sub from subway-
flatbread
chicken breast
spinach
lettuce
red onion
pickles
chipotle sauce
Dinner:
Chicken breast baked with olive oil
half cup of white rice with olive oil
vegetable (broccoli, peas, etc.)
