Hi, as title says, I've been tracking every little thing I eat, with a food scale, including sauces and oils. LoseIt says I'll hit my goal around the end of 2021, but I haven't seen a single change on the scale. I weigh every few days, as soon as I get up, after using the bathroom and no clothes.
My stats are 26F, 5" 3' and today I weighed in at 190lbs (I'm Aussie though so I'm tracking in metric). I weighed in on my first day at 192lbs, but I have been 188lbs the entire month of February.
I take antidepressants (Pristiq) and my calorie goal is 1343 calories a day. My weight can fluctuate drastically up to a kilo or so.
Do I try IF again? Add exercise? Cut to 1200 calories? Any advice?
