31 in 50

31 in 50

so I currently weigh 182lbs. I’m 18 years old, female, and 5’8. I’ve run cross country and track since I was 7 but when my first collegiate season was cancelled and my boyfriend broke up with me I entered the worst depressive episode of my entire life. I started majorly overeating and skipping practice and ballooned pretty quickly to 180lbs.

since then I’ve been really struggling with my body and with you know what getting better the chances of having a season in a few months are significantly increasing. I’d like to get in way better shape before then.

My goal is to get down to 150 before my birthday in April so 32lbs in 50 days.

for reference I run 4-6 miles everyday Monday-Friday and lose around 400-700 calories from that and on Saturdays I run 8-10 miles and lose around 1100-1400 calories. in addition to that I’ll be restricting to less than 1000-1200 calories.

given these parameters is 32lbs in 50 days possible?

if it’s not I won’t be dissuaded I understand that it may be 4-6 months before I can achieve my goal and I’m prepared to work for it.
