1month weigh in

Hey everyone

I 25F 5ft 3inches start weight 237.6 lbs just weighed in at 230lbs . Yes i only lost .2lbs but its that fun week where i feel like hell so yay for still losing .

Since i started a month ago iv not only lost weight but im trying to lose bad habits. I now drink more water , i use little to no salt , im trying to eat more fruit ( this one is tricky ) .

Iv also did a massive digital declutter i went through apps emails contacts photos documents social media . I deleted all social media except my email and this . On YouTube iv unsubscribed to anything i dont watch or has my big trigger ( im not ready to say/type what it is out loud yet ) . The mental weight lose ha has been huge and im just starting to unpack my baggage.

In no digital world iv inventoryed (is that a word ) my freezer and pantry which means i can do more in depth meal planning . By doing that and keeping some easy meals on hand i havent asked for any take out or junk even when i had my flare up . To me thats huge progress.

Since starting this lifestyle change iv managed to start and maintain a new laundry system, iv kept up with self care (my skins getting better and better yay) and im keeping up on house work even on bad days .

Yes its .2lbs but its still progress its still going down and what im losing mentally is making my life better which is all for the better .

No matter how big or small even if i maintain its all progress towards a new healthier me inside and out .

Thank you for reading.
