Advice for Beginner?

Hey everyone, new to the subreddit here! I am looking for advice on how to discipline myself to keep working out. I am a 24F and am the heaviest I have been in my life (~190 lbs). I have the motivation, its the discipline that is hard for me. I was very skinny growing up, I actually didnt start gaining weight until junior/senior year of high school. My weight didn't become a problem until 2020 quarantine and I gained about 40 pounds. I really want to lose this weight but I just dont know where to begin. For starting I plan to do 30 minutes of treadmill, stair climber and elliptical each. Is this a good starting point? I feel that if I have a solid plan it will be easier for me to go frequently.
