To all of the mamas

Is it possible to lose the tummy after having kids? My youngest is 7. I haven’t had a flat-Ish tummy in 13 years. I still look 5 months pregnant in the mornings...6 months after having dinner. Other than having a “mommy make-over” (to include a tummy tuck, breast lift, lips) is it even reasonable to think I’ll be back to my close to pre-pregnancy weight and not have a tummy like this? I’m 5’7”. SW:200. CW:185 at almost 40. I love my children more than anything and I’m so proud of what my body has been able to do. I’m grateful for it in fact. But I don’t recognize my own body. I see pictures of myself and I’m shocked. I really started buckling down to lose weight at the end of December. I was 191lbs then. I’ve only lost about 6 pounds since. Is it even possible? Or am I chasing a rainbow that I won’t ever find the bottom of? If it is possible, how do I do it?
