I’m 19, male, 6 feet, about 145 pounds
I was 120 pounds 11 months ago when this covid thing started and I was really skinny. The thing was I ate a lot and I had a lot of exercise. So no matter what I did I couldn’t gain weight even if a wanted to.
Fast forward to now, I’m 145 pounds, I get almost no exercise at all because I can’t do outside and play sports. So I gained 25 pounds. Almost all this fat has gone to my stomach.
I think even with little/no exercise I’m still in a calorie deficit but the weight is still accumulating in my stomach
What do I do? Get more exercise? Ab workouts daily? Eat less?
