Severe discomfort from eating what used to be normal meals?

I know our stomachs change size as we adjust the size of our meals over periods of time, but damn! I had 3 bananas, 2 oz bread, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 1/3 cup of milk for dinner tonight. I now feel very, very uncomfortably full! Like, I can’t even drink water full.

This is a common occurrence for me now. A 500 cal plate of oatmeal with fruit, nuts and peanut butter will put me over the edge. I’m really happy with the weight I’ve lost and how long I’ve been maintaining it, but god I miss eating. I used to eat for an hour or longer, just grazing, enjoying and relaxing. Now I can’t eat a regular size dinner without feeling uncomfortable and nauseated.

Can anyone relate? Anyone have tips or advice?

Edit for more context: it’s really the joy of eating that I miss. Like when people switch to drinking only soylent or fast for long periods of time. They always talk about missing the pure and entirely unique enjoyment that comes from eating good food.
