OMAD for short people?

I’m interested in trying OMAD because I’m around 150 and 5’0 and it’s very difficult for me to lose weight without being strict. I assume it’s because of my height.

I’ve done 16:8IF, but it just felt like I was getting hungry so because my eating window was so long I would eat everything I see to “stock up”

I work out 4-5 days a week and according to my Apple Watch I burn 1800 cals on my non workout days and 2200 on my workout days. I weighed 153.2 last Monday then, down to 152.2 on Tuesday’s and now I’m back to 153.2 this Monday.

I’m not sure where I’m sneaking in extra calories that aren’t being burn. So I feel like OMAD will help me see exactly what I’m eating for that day. The only time I would lose weight effectively was by eating 900-1100 calories with workout. I lost the weight, but then it kept up again.

If any other short people have stories or tips I would love to read them!! :)
