Melting/Crashing for a week, then feeling 'human' again?

Hey all, so I posted about how I screwed up / binged last week (all 7 days) and I couldn't get back on track. I'm trying to determine if it was a 'too low calorie' thing that caused the crash.

The 'crash' was a week of feeling like I needed 10+ hours of sleep (like a rock, the fatigue was unreal) and eating 3000+ kcals a day. As a result of last week, I've put on 5 lbs called in sick for work 3 days and worked from home from 1 (averaged 2k steps). It was a rough go.

For four weeks prior, I was feeling great and had no problem sticking to my plan:1500(ish) kcals a day (nutrient-dense sources, tracking/weighing all the things), walking 20K steps and my stats are updated (30 F, 150lb (now 155 after last week)). Any insight would be appreciated, totally aware that this could be more of a mental health thing given all that's going on. Even just to hear that I'm not alone in these types of 'backslides', it would be much appreciated. Thanks!
