M:30 H:5'7 SW:113.3kg(250lbs) CW:81.25(180lbs) (July 2020 - Today)

Weight has always been an issue for me since I was a teenager when I barely ate and was borderline anorexic to the last 10 years where I had let myself go and ballooned out to 113kg, I was aware that I was unhealthy but I just couldn't find the energy to care anymore, I guess I had just accepted that this was how I was going to be for the rest of my life.

Back in July 2020 my partner and I got engaged after being together for 11 years and as such decided that we should finally get get healthy and get in shape for our wedding in 2022. so we signed up for 12 months(July 21st 2020 - 2021) with a local PT only gym and started hitting the gym twice a week for weight training with a trainer with cardio targets to complete on our own time and following a macro target food plan(carbs, protein and fats) tracking all food intake via their app. Once I started going I quickly realised that I actually enjoyed working out and began going to to the gym for 2 extra weight sessions a week on my own and running 5-6km a day during my lunch breaks at work. Just yesterday I went shopping and bought myself a pair of size 32 skinny leg jeans which blew my mind as when I started I was starting to strain my size 40 pants. Currently I have reached all my weight goals so now I have switched to a deadlift and squat progression goal as I have fallen in love with training. This honestly has been a life changing journey so far as I have just regained so much confidence that I had not even realised that I had lost.

Edit also I fucked my height up I am 178cm(5'10) not 5'7
