When Jan 1st hit I knew it was time to restart and get rid of this excess weight I've been accumulating during lockdowns. We're currently still in lockdowns here so haven't been able to access gyms.
As such I've relied solely on a calorie deficit diet and stuck to it entirely. No extra food, no cheats. No sugars. Every meal controlled down to the calorie.
What this has meant is that I've managed to drop from 263lbs to 231lbs in the space of 6 weeks. I thought this was great and really happy with what the scales are showing. However upon comparing my before and after pictures I genuinely look the same. Like no noticeable difference.
what could be causing this?
