This time last year I was 250lb. I lost weight with IF + Keto at the same time for about 5 months, was a steady 2lb loss on average per week.
I've been around 190-200 for a few months now, just maintaining which I feel is great. I have a much better understanding of my body and how it functions, I have a much better relationship with food than I once had.
Im now getting back into the swing of things (Back at IF and Keto) going to try to shred a bit more off and maintain once again. But this time I'm going to also work out daily (elliptical) and try to build my stamina so I can start running.
I guess I'm making this post to write my thoughts somewhere :) wish me luck! To another great year 🎉
