I’m 18 around 5’3 and I weigh 200 pounds. I started my journey in November of last year and between November and December I’ve lost 10 pounds, but since the new year, I haven’t budged from 200. I usually eat 1400-1600 calories and I try to track even my off days. I drink a lot of water, I don't snack often, I measure out my morning coffee and creamer, overcompensate when tracking calories for takeout food, and despite all this nothing seems to be changing. I’m very lightly active as in a contemporary/slow-paced dance class 3 times a week but that’s really it. I’m unsure of what I should do in terms of getting back on track, I don’t feel the urge to give up and I enjoy how I’m eating and feeling now but I just want to get to the bottom of what’s going on!
