I've put on a good 40lbs in the last 6 months. I honestly just stopped caring, I would go through bouts of losing a little bit and exercising every day then order a pizza and then the next week or two I would just eat/drink whatever I wanted.
My clothes don't fit, my psoriasis is flaring up and I just feel terrible. I'm done, I'm ready to get back to feeling like I did before. I lost over 120lbs a few years ago and felt amazing. My birthday is coming up in 3 months, my goal is to try and lost those 40lbs in 12 weeks. A lofty goal, but I figure 10lbs is going to be water weight, so after the first week it will be 30lbs which is more in line with ~2lbs/week. Even if I don't lost that exact amount, I WILL NOT be this weight.
