I(25F, 5'6, 233lb) feel like I've reached a point of no return

I was never one to pay too close of attention to my health, and, things really started spiraling in college. It was a lot of bad food, alcohol, and then not exercising at all, and from there, things have escalated or deteriorated, however you want to word it. I feel like I always say I'm going to change, I get things set up to bring upon change( download the apps, think up a walking route), but, 5 minutes later I'm binging, convincing myself I'm fine and nothing needs to change. This is the heaviest I've ever been, I'm shocked I'm at this point, but, I don't know what my next step needs to be, or if I'm capable of following through.

TLDR: How do I stick to a program?
