Long story short, I had secondary amenorrhea in July 2020 and lost my period for around 5-6 months. I eventually stopped doing cardio and began to reverse diet. In November, I decided to get back into fitness and started doing strength training while trying to eat a bit more.
It eventually came to the point where my period came back in January 2021 and it lasted for 2.5 days. As of today, it's day 33 and I have not gotten my period for February and I'm incredibly worried. Even before I developed secondary amenorrhea, I always had irregular periods throughout middle and high school (for reference, I'm 18 years old). I was hoping that by consistently eating a lot of calories, my period was regulate and I would get my period for February, but I still don't have it. I haven't changed my routine so I don't know what's going on.
Any hypothesis or guesses would help
