I, 18 F, am really lost about what to do.

Hey y’all! I’ve been trying to lose weight since June and I have been successful from the beginning of June to the end of September. For reference, my stats were at the beginning of June: 18F, 5’7, 150 lbs and my goal weight is 130 lbs. My TDEE at the time was around 1660 so I was eating about 1600-1700 calories a day and burning about 200-300 calories a day through exercise. In 3-4 months, I dropped 10 to 11 lbs which was great but also super slow and frustrating for me. Then college and the stress came and I regained the ten pounds in the last three months or so by quite literally eating over 12 pints of ben and Jerry and just not giving af. This was honestly so frustrating since losing the weight was so slow for me in the first place. For the last two/three weeks, I started eating 1400 calories and according to my Apple Watch I’ve been burning 500-600 calories. Although the weight came off much faster this time (approx 1 pound a week) and I’m now around 146.8, I’ve been feeling lightheaded around nighttime and trouble sleeping (although not necessarily hungry although sometimes I wake up hungry in the night). Will I get adjusted to the lower calorie intake and is this something I can power through? I honestly am so lost and don’t really know what I should be doing. I want to lose weight at a moderate pace (not snail pace like last time) but I don’t want to harm my body and do anything unsustainable in the long term. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
