How do you find yours? I have all the good intentions and do a good day of eating and exercise and then it goes out of the window. Then it takes me another week to get back on it, for 1 day, then lose it again.
I am really overweight and need to lose 70+lbs. I can be quite active. I walk, I spin bike and back in the normal world I was in the gym and doing classes. But I have always been overweight. Always had 70+lbs to lose. I’m at my wits end now but I really cannot be bothered.
I am in the U.K. and we are still in lockdown. My depression is even worse than normal and finding it hard to get out of bed. (I do get out of bed as I am working from home, but hope you understand where I’m coming from).
How do you get this motivation going and stick at it? How do you make yourself do exercise everyday? How do you find the time?
I am dreading the time when I have to go back to the office as I know I will be so out of breath walking up and down stairs and also having my clothes not fitting.
