Found a fun mind trick for staying on track using penises

Regained 12 pounds during 2020 and trying to get it off in about 3-4 months. Was finding it hard to get motivated until I came up with something on the fly. I call it “the penis army” basically everyday I meet my 500 calorie deficit goal I draw a little penis on a piece of paper in my notebook. It’s honestly pretty fun, anytime I feel like I’m gonna slip I just remember the sheer enjoyment of building up my schlong score. Any day I only met half of my goal I only draw 1/2 of a penis. My goal is to have a penis army in 3 months. I’m just tying to make things fun and a full page of these would being me pure enjoyment. So far I have a total of one penis. You can try this too I’m not gatekeeping (or cockblocking in better terms) okay thanks bye..
