I started getting really serious about my journey about a month ago. I have cut my calories to 1300 a day, I do home workouts for at least 25-30 minutes 5-6 days a week. We went on a quick 2 day trip to get away from the monotony, and I admit I ate a lot of fast food for those 2 days, but didn't go over my calorie intake by more than 300 calories per day which is still under maintenance for me. (5'2 207lbs 29F) I haven't lost anything this week. The scale hasn't budged. I know I should have lost something because other than those 2 days (which I still tracked) my eating habits have still been good and I got right back on track. Before this week I was down almost 10lbs in a month, so I was losing, but I don't know what happened now. I don't feel like I can cut much more, and I can't add too much more activity. I already don't sit for more than 20 minutes a day if you add in chasing around my 3 young kids. I guess I just need some encouragement that I'm just being too hard on myself and that this is a normal part of the process? Sorry if this seems whiney... Thanks for listening!!
