Hello, this is short I promise. First photo 5 months ago, the rest are recent.
I’m currently 250lb, I’ve gained ten. Sad, I know. I was in the gym for about a month and then my knees began to just give up on me. I think the extra weight they support has finally taken the toll on them. Walking is even a struggle, I must be careful not to take my knees out of place as I feel that they will slip(they feel loose).
I only eat food at home. I drink water and a soda every once in a while. I’m not sure whether to cut down to 1500(2lbs loss a week) or bulk then cut. My goal is 190 What do you guys think?
